Features

The Standard version offers a reliable, industrial-grade, and cost-effective tilt switch, which is available as a normally closed, normally open, or changeover switch for unilateral monitoring of the x-axis. The standard version is available in several common switching angles. The K (Tilt Protection) version monitors the z-axis in a rotationally symmetrical manner. The tilt protection version is available with switching angles of 45° or 90°.
The HP (High Precision) version features a higher accuracy of the switching angle. Additionally, the switches are manufactured with custom switching angles.

The HP-S (High Precision with Time Delay Element) version also includes a time element to significantly reduce sensitivity to disturbances, making it suitable for dynamic applications.

The standard version is suitable for unilateral monitoring of the X-axis. It can be particularly used in price-sensitive applications with medium accuracy requirements. Switching angles of 15°, 30°, or 45° are offered.

The tilt protection version monitors the Z-axis in a rotationally symmetrical manner. It is suitable for preventing or detecting hazardous operating conditions due to tipping. Switching angles of 45° or 90° are offered.

Unilateral monitoring of the X-axis. Suitable for applications requiring high accuracy. The high precision switches are custom-manufactured with a switching angle between 3° and 45° inclination. An LED on the housing provides optical feedback on the switching status for the user.

Unilateral monitoring of the X-axis. Suitable for applications requiring high accuracy. The high precision switches are custom-manufactured with a switching angle between 3° and 45° inclination. An LED on the housing provides optical feedback on the switching status for the user. To suppress switching operations caused by shocks and vibrations in mobile applications, the switch is equipped with a time delay element (available in 1 s, 2 s, 3 s, 5 s, 7 s, or 10 s).
